The role involves maintaining and monitoring accreditation and compliance standards, overseeing incident reporting, and managing insurable risks. The Vice President will also be involved in training staff on emergency response plans, conducting safety audits, and ensuring that the organization's safety policies and procedures are followed. Applicants for the Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management position at the company should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a master's degree, and at least 10 years of experience in operations, risk management, or a related field. A strong background in insurance contract experience, particularly in liability, property, board, and employment insurance, is required.
