In this crucial role, you will lead the organization’s major capital campaign, focusing on innovative resource development strategies necessary for sustaining operational needs as we transition to a new, larger facility. The successful candidate will oversee development and capital campaign committees, manage a dedicated team, and collaborate closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors.The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in nonprofit development, showcasing extensive experience in major gift fundraising, grant writing, and effective donor stewardship. You should be skilled at developing and implementing cutting-edge fundraising strategies and able to communicate our mission and vision effectively to a broad array of stakeholders. A deep-seated commitment to the values of the LGBTQIA+ community and an understanding of its social and cultural challenges are essential for this role. We are seeking a leader who is not only enthusiastic about the mission but also able to inspire and engage others to support our vital work.
