Meelo Education is committed to innovation and excellence, ensuring that every student receives the best possible care and support.About The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic Head of Business Operations to join our team, focusing on expanding our presence within the K-12 education space. This is an incredible opportunity to help children across the country receive life-changing care while being part of a rapidly growing startup. As the head of the Strategy & Ops team, you will be responsible for the development, execution, and reporting of strategic initiatives that deliver on efficiency and growth across the business. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, Account Management, Finance, and Clinical teams and leadership to create scalable processes and problem-solve solutions to complex and mission-critical operational and business challenges.ResponsibilitiesLeveraging data and analysis to develop and prioritize recommendations for the Product teamCombining quantitative and qualitative insights to develop recommendations to complex cross-functional challenges or opportunities and leading alignment and implementationDevelop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to optimize the student and provider experience.Oversee all billing and month-end close client reporting, scheduling, and provider training processes.Manage a team of 5 provider growth operation associatesQualificationsBachelor’s degree from a top-tier university4+ years of experience in executing projects within business analysis, operations, or strategyProven track record of driving results in a dynamic environment, with the ability to lead projects end-to-end independentlyExcellent communication and client management skillsStrong organizational and project management skillsMust have experience working in a startup environment, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a hands-on approachAbility to work 5 days a week in-office with a fully in-person team in San Francisco.CompensationThe estimated salary range for this role is $140,000-$180,000. Total compensation for this position may also include stock options. Note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors.
