Come be a part of something big at Mochi Health!About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to take on the role of Head of Clinical Operations & Insurance. This position is vital for overseeing the operational aspects of our provider strategy and ensuring exceptional provider experiences. You will play a crucial role in cross-functional collaboration, driving initiatives to completion, fostering a culture of excellence, and developing scalable processes that enhance provider satisfaction and efficiency.What You'll DoOwn and manage all operational aspects of the provider strategy and experience, ensuring high provider satisfaction.Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and member experience teams to push initiatives through to completion.Build and motivate a team of clinical operations managers and associates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.Develop and implement clinician (MD, DO, NP, RDN) management strategies, using analytics to drive scalable performance improvements.Drive process improvements in clinician hiring, onboarding, and performance monitoring initiatives.Oversee the launch of new service offerings such as preventive screening, counseling, behavioral therapy, and other innovative healthcare solutions.Adapt quickly and effectively in dynamic environments to meet organizational needs.Who You AreA seasoned leader with significant experience in clinical operations and insurance management.An adept problem-solver who can navigate complex issues involving multiple stakeholders.A collaborative leader with a strong ability to inspire and foster team growth.Data-oriented, with a capability to leverage analytics for strategic decision-making.Proactive and capable of driving impactful change in fast-paced settings.Nice to HaveProven success record in a startup or high-growth environment.Experience managing healthcare professionals.Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex problems using innovative solutions.The estimated salary for this role is between $175,000/year and $225,000/year.
