Come be a part of something big at Mochi Health!About the Role:We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Operations Manager to oversee team operations and ensure a seamless, high-quality patient experience across multiple teams. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you’ll focus on supporting team managers and building new, improved processes to maintain consistency in patient care and optimize workflows. This role emphasizes high-level oversight, process enhancement, and cross-functional coordination.In this position, you’ll work closely with engineering and product teams to identify and implement new features that drive operational efficiency. You’ll be responsible for auditing processes, analyzing data, and refining team workflows to support a patient-centric approach in a fast-paced environment.What You’ll Do:Support and guide team managers to ensure high standards of patient satisfaction and care quality across all interactions.Audit team processes weekly, evaluating communications and workflows for quality, accuracy, and efficiency.Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to improve platform reliability and identify feature enhancements that streamline operations and elevate patient experience.Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows, boost productivity, and ensure cohesive communication across operations teams.Use SQL and spreadsheets to analyze operational data, track key metrics, and drive data-informed improvements in patient support processes.Who You Are:Proven experience in an operations oversight role, with a focus on supporting team managers and enhancing processes.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, capable of drawing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.Excellent communication skills, comfortable coordinating across teams and engaging with engineering and product for cross-departmental projects.A detail-oriented and adaptable mindset, capable of leading process improvements in a fast-paced environment.Set Yourself Apart With:Experience with healthcare software or a passion for transforming healthcare systems.Company Paid Life Insurance.401k with Company matching.Competitive PTO and Company Holidays.Team lunches to facilitate bonding and connection.Emphasis on Wellness: Virtual group activities, mindfulness exercises, physical exercise.The estimated salary for this role is between $100,000/year and $150,000/year.Apply for this job
