Deephaven is headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina and is owned by Pretium, a highly specialized investment manager focused on real estate, mortgage finance and corporate debt.Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Mortgage Pipeline Manager to manage the day-to-day production of our Wholesale Operations team. The ideal candidate will build a culture of teamwork, mutual support, and high performance while ensuring that loan operations are completed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.What You'll DoManage the pipeline for the Wholesale Operations teamFoster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and mutual support.Provide daily oversight to ensure loans are completed according to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (TRID, federal, and state).Manage the daily loan pipeline to ensure timely closings or disposition of loans.Work closely with team members to ensure they deliver exceptional service and meet partner expectations.Assist in handling loan-level questions and issues, providing guidance on updated mortgage origination and compliance standards.Partner with internal staff (Underwriters, AMs, AEs, Closers, Operations Management, etc.) and our brokers throughout the loan origination process for efficient, quality closings.Collaborate with underwriting management throughout the loan process.Work with vendors and various departments to streamline processes, enhance quality, and assess risk.Assist in the preparation and dissemination of updated mortgage origination and compliance standards.You are someone whoProven experience in loan operations, underwriting, or related fields.Strong leadership skills.Comprehensive knowledge of TRID, federal, and state regulatory requirements.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Strives for accuracy and pays close attention to detailEnjoys building strong relationships with customers and team-membersPromotes company values while providing optimal customer serviceThrives in a fast-paced environment while embracing change and innovationOur PerksCompetitive base salary and performance-based bonuses401(k) plan with an employer matchHealth insurance with a generous employer contribution that begin day one of employmentFlexible work/life balance with Responsible Time OffPrivacy Policy
