In this pivotal role, you will craft and execute a comprehensive, data-driven fundraising plan that ensures a diverse and sustainable funding mix. This includes securing corporate sponsorships, engaging individual and major donors, applying for foundation grants, and organizing special events.Your mission will be to meet and exceed our fundraising goals while actively enhancing Board engagement in these efforts. You will play a vital role in the growth of our programs and services, identifying and nurturing donor relationships, leading our Development team, and advancing the organization’s overall strategy.The ideal candidate will hold a deep commitment to our mission of advancing Asian and Pacific Islander leadership development. You should bring a minimum of 10 years' experience in revenue-generating roles along with a proven track record in successful fundraising and team management. Your expertise in various fundraising strategies and understanding of the donor landscape will set you apart.Key personal attributes include superior communication skills, strategic thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. A Bachelor's degree is required, and candidates with a CFRE certification will be given preference.
