We are the Global Books team at Amazon. Our mission is to inspire readers by making it easy to read more and get more out of reading. You will be working with leaders across the global Books organization.

This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, coordinating domestic and international travel, and providing light assistance and partnership with some project and goal management. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

- 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience- High school or equivalent diploma- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applicationsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
