DescriptionThe Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support a Vice President on our Global Books team in Seattle, Washington. We are looking for an experienced EA to support the leader of this large (5000+ employees), global organization as they deliver programs directly impacting millions of customers.We are the Global Books team at Amazon. Our mission is to inspire readers by making it easy to read more and get more out of reading. You will be working with leaders across the global Books organization.This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. The base pay for this position ranges from $88,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $176,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
