This role includes managing a team responsible for collecting outstanding receivables, processing payments, and resolving discrepancies efficiently and effectively. The Manager will develop and implement collection strategies, establish credit policies, and set performance targets to reduce delinquency rates and improve collection cycles. This position is crucial in driving team performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee collections processes to ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.Implement strategies to reduce delinquency rates and improve cash flow.Establish and enforce credit policies, setting performance metrics to monitor effectiveness.Manage, train, and develop a team of collections and cash application specialists.Collaborate with finance and customer service to address account issues and enhance client relationships.Prepare and analyze reports on receivables, cash flow, and collection performance.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards related to collections.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or cash applications, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Excel.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.2+ years of experience with NetSuite.Preferred QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.Behavioral CompetenciesEnsures Accountability: Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments.Plans and Aligns: Plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.Communicates Effectively: Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding.Drives Results: Consistently achieves results, even under tough circumstances.Instills Trust: Gains the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.PDI is committed to offering a well-rounded benefits program, designed to support and care for you and your family throughout your life and career.
