As one of the world's leading law firms, we seek dynamic individuals who share our commitment to service, innovation, and professional growth.We have an opening for an Analyst, Client Engagement Terms.Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Conflicts, the Analyst, Client Engagement Terms works closely with the Office of the General Counsel (OGC), the Conflicts Attorneys, and others to collect, store, index and analyze client engagement documents.In this capacity, the Analyst, Client Engagement Terms will:Respond to requests for copies of client terms, including engagement letters, OCGs, waivers and other documents;Work with the OGC, conflicts leadership and technology to develop a process to store client documents in a centralized repository, such as Intapp Terms;Review executed engagement terms documents for completeness and work with the OGC to index them by waiver status and other criteria;Develop and expertise in the Firm's client engagement templates;Assist with drafting client engagement terms, as needed;Review completed new business requests to ensure proper documentation is received and stored properly;Work closely with the data and training supervisor to maintain data accuracy in the Intapp system;Assist with the review of engagement letters and OCGs liaising with other internal department, as necessary;Work overtime as required; andHandle additional Conflicts research and analysis projects as assigned.Proficiencies:

Experience with Intapp Open, including Terms;Expert knowledge of conflict-of-interest checking procedures and guidelines;Advanced knowledge of corporate-related reference sources such as Dun & Bradstreet products, Lexis Nexis, Capital IQ, etc.; andAdvanced/Expert-level proficiency in business verbal and written communications.Qualifications:
