As one of the world's leading law firms, we seek dynamic individuals who share our commitment to service, innovation, and professional growth.We have an opening for an Analyst, Ethics Walls.Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, the Analyst, Ethics Walls works closely with the Office of the General Counsel, the Conflicts Attorneys, and others to draft, and maintain Ethical Walls as well as manage document access requests.In this capacity, the Analyst, Ethics Walls will:Act as the primary source of contact in the Conflicts/NBI department for wall requests and questions;Monitor the new business intake queue to determine when ethics walls are needed;Act as the primary source of contact for completing and tracking DMS access requests;Draft and distribute ethics walls with the approval of the OGC, as necessary;Proactively track what walls are needed for lateral candidates and coordinate with necessary stakeholders to make sure they are completed in a timely manner;Work closely with the data and training supervisor to maintain data accuracy in the Intapp system and to suggest improvements to both the Intapp Walls program and the wall/access request process;Maintain Ethics Walls templates on the portal;Work overtime, as required; andHandle additional Conflicts research and analysis projects as assigned.Proficiencies:

Experience with Intapp Open, including Intapp Walls;Expert knowledge of conflict-of-interest checking procedures and guidelines; andAdvanced knowledge of corporate-related reference sources such as Dun & Bradstreet products, Lexis Nexis, Capital IQ etc.; andAdvanced/Expert-level proficiency in business verbal and written communications.Qualifications:
