This position involves leading a team of skilled strategists dedicated to enhancing customer acquisition and loyalty in the vehicle purchasing and financing sector. You will be instrumental in crafting marketing strategies, building brand identity, and managing product launches throughout the complete lifecycle of loans and leasing.As an ideal candidate, you will have robust experience in marketing across digital and social media platforms, combined with a strong ability to cultivate relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Key responsibilities include:Leading a team of private label marketing strategists.Collaborating with General Managers and other key partners.Leveraging firm-wide relationships to maximize client results.Providing thought leadership and evolving marketing strategies based on market trends.Working closely with the loyalty team on customer engagement campaigns.Ensuring exceptional execution of marketing initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement.The successful candidate will possess at least 10 years of leadership experience in marketing, be adept at leading cross-functional teams, and bring a creative and innovative mindset to the table. Strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to inspire your team are vital for success in this role.
