Drive organizational efficiency by optimizing and maintaining the HRIS platform, ensuring seamless operation of critical employee data management systemsLead system enhancement initiatives that improve HR process automation and data accuracyDevelop and implement custom reporting solutions that provide actionable insights for strategic decision-makingServe as the primary technical liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors, leading system integration projectsChampion data security and privacy compliance, protecting sensitive employee informationBuild and maintain documentation of processes and best practices for sustainable system managementWhat You Bring to Succeed:
Track record of successfully administering HRIS platforms (experience with Paycom is highly valued)Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fieldStrong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving capabilitiesExperience in creating custom reports and analyzing HR data for insightsExcellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to various stakeholdersProfessional certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) is valued but not requiredApplicant Insights:
