Conformal Coating Operator

**Job Title: Operator****Job Description**We are seeking a skilled Operator with experience in applying conformal coating to printed circuit boards (PCBs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic assembly and conformal coating processes.**Responsibilities**+ Apply conformal coating to PCBs using spray-on and manual touch-up methods.+ Perform quality control inspections on conformal coatings, using blacklight to identify areas requiring manual touch-up.+ Work with electronic assembly tools and equipment.+ Assist with general production tasks, including assembly line and packaging duties.**Essential Skills**+ Experience in electronic assembly and working with hand tools.+ Proficiency in applying conformal coating to PCBs.+ Knowledge of quality control inspections for conformal coatings.+ Understanding of surface mount technology (SMT) operations.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**+ Experience in an electronic manufacturing environment.+ Ability to perform manual touch-up of conformal coatings on PCBs.+ General labor and production experience.**Why Work Here?**Join a company with a good culture and long-term opportunities.
