RequiredResponsibilitiesCalendar Management:
Efficiently manage the principal's calendar, scheduling calls and meetings.Office Projects:
Lead office improvement initiatives, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.Liaison Role:
Act as the primary contact for building management, vendors, and IT consultants.Office Supplies:
Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.File Management:
Maintain organized files and reference materials.Invoicing:
Invoice clients, preferably using QuickBooks.Special Projects:
Assist with special projects as needed.Reception Duties:
Perform front desk duties such as answering phones, greeting guests, managing conference room usage, and coordinating catering and refreshments for meetings.Requirements:Education:
College degree required.Experience:
3-10+ years of relevant office administrative experience.Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; QuickBooks and/or HubSpot experience is a plus.Personality:
Highly detail-oriented, perfectionistic, with meticulous attention to each aspect of operations and practice management.
