Overview:
Piston Automotive is seeking a Executive Admin (Hybrid Remote Schedule) at our Corporate office located in Redford, MI!The Executive Assistant provides high-level, confidential, administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings for executives. You must have a strong work ethic, be an Intuitive, self-starter with anticipatory skills and attitude, possess creative abilities and be able to handle high pressure situations and project deadlines. This individual must have experience applying administrative and clerical procedures with the understanding of basic business principles. The Executive Assistant must possess top-notch interpersonal skills and maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism. Strong written and verbal communication as well as excellent presentation skills are required. Will performs other duties as assigned.Piston Automotive

On occasion, there may be a need for additional in-office support. Candidates must be adaptable to accommodate these occasional needs.Qualifications:
Minimum of an Associates degree in Business Administration or proven experience in a business settingFour (4) years of Executive Assistant experience with C-Suite Executives.A minimum of four (4) years of consistent work-related experience working with C-Suite executives.Four plus (4+) years of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point at an advanced level.Three (3) years of experience leading special events and projects (strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with attention to detail)Flexibility to work longer hours as neededMust be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 15 poundsPeripheral vision which is the ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and the right is needed for this position.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.PREFERRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Advanced business school/secretarial training preferred.Five (5) years of experience reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Five (5) years of experience writing routine reports and correspondence.Five (5) years of experience speaking effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.Five (5) years of experience using math skills in a work environment. (must be able to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.)Five (5) years of experience interpreting a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
