ABOUT THE ROLE
The FN Associate Replenishment Buyer will be Responsible for driving the Test and ReOrder Model for assigned categories to ensure that the product that sells the best, most profitably, are reordered in a timely manner at the best possible cost and quality. Need to react fast in reorders to bring back the merchandise to the customers.
RESPONSIBILITIESDaily Tasks included but are not limited to:Email communication with vendors to negotiate costsQuick chase mentality to ensure in stock styles or best sellers are replenishedPreseason and In season forecast review at the item levelAssist with daily style sales tracking to determine units needsAssist in developing reorder style sizing needsMonitor and revise style flows as business needs requireCreate purchase orders for reorder stylesInterest in pop culture, social media and fashion trends is desirable to relate to the brandEmbrace collaboration as the cornerstone of success; working alongside multiple departments within our team is essential for gathering insights, generating innovative ideas, and executing our shared goals effectivelyForge strong vendor relationships through proactive communication, cultivate trust, and understanding to effectively address ongoing business mattersROLE REQUIREMENTS
More than 3+ years of experience in Replenishment, Data Analysis, or a similar fieldExperience analyzing data and providing actionable insightsExperienced in Excel with the ability to perform complex functions, such as SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, and pivot tablesPassionate about fashion and trend analysisBA|BS degree or equivalent working experience in financial analysis or similar roleEnglish, additional language(s) an advantageSchedule of this position: Monday - Friday | Core business hours | OnsiteBENEFITS
