Present a positive image of the bank while providing administrative support for the bank's commercial, real estate, and consumer lending functions. This position works closely with lenders to assist with all aspects of the loan process from start to finish. Must provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:Partner with the Operations Director and Lending Team to organize priorities for the administrative workload for assigned areas of responsibilityPrepare loan documents, books, and funds loans, ensure collateral perfection, process payments, and provide ongoing loan maintenanceOrder title, appraisal, flood, UCC searches, and any other services needed for the loanProcess Loan Participations – both purchased and soldEnter and update the loan exception tracking systemAnswer telephone, accepting and giving informationContribute to Exam preparation in collaboration with the Operations DirectorAssist other bank employees as their backup when business demands dictatePerform other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Experience:Working knowledge of Fiserv Premier and LaserProAbove-average computer skillsStrong customer service and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with pride in work productAbility to effectively manage priorities and meet deadlinesKnowledge of federal and state regulatory banking complianceHigh School diploma or equivalent requiredSupplemental business courses and/or college helpfulThree to five years of progressively responsible administrative experience in lending or operations
