The Business Analyst 2 will demonstrate knowledge in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts or in translating business process needs into technical requirements. The Business Analyst uses available computer systems resources and personnel to carry out analysis to support management's quest for performance improvement to determine the most useful business solution. In addition, the Business Analyst must have experience in:

Implementing a comprehensive management plan for each project and hold regular stakeholder meetings to keep all interested parties updated in project progress

Determining and documenting user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects

Reviewing and analyzing information, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes and procedures

Providing expertise in, but not limited to, Configuration Management, Strategic Planning, Knowledge Management, Business Analysis and Technical Analysis Level 2 performs more varied and difficult tasks compared to Level 1, yet has less autonomy than Level 3.

What you'll do:

The Tester/Business Analyst will create and update automated test scripts based upon developed agile stories.

Collaborate with business analysts and developers to fully understand the full scope and impact of each story to the test scenario

The Business Analyst (BA) will Identify and document functional requirements and create user stories for the EPAS application. They will work to design and test functional components of the system according to project specifications. The BA) will develop project documentation and user training materials according to program specifications. The BA will provide technical support to end users. The BA will perform program management support tasks, such as status reporting and work plan maintenance.
