The Corporate Strategy team plays a meaningful role in crafting the future of the company by developing, planning, and implementing its short- and long-term strategic vision. The Strategy Associate will contribute to KinderCare’s multi-year groundbreaking journey by supporting the development and implementation of company strategies that drive growth and success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with initiative teams to coordinate progress checks and prepare content for regular governance meetings.
Support strategy and planning sessions across all initiatives.
Complete program communications and dashboard updates for program partners and the senior leadership team.
Propose process designs, templates, and tools to ensure strategy priorities are clearly articulated and outcomes are consistent company-wide.
Support the identification and prioritization of opportunities and challenges facing KinderCare.
Assist in structuring, launching, and driving strategy workstreams, including developing hypotheses, work plans, and conducting analysis.
Analyze market and competitive trends, assess business drivers, and provide insights and recommendations.
Work with cross-functional teams to align on recommendations, launch plans, and transition strategies to long-term owners.
Prepare presentations to communicate findings and recommendations concisely to leadership and the broader organization.
Qualifications:
Experience in a strategic or project management role, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Curiosity and interest in understanding business problems, complexities, and challenges.
Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories and simplify sophisticated ideas.
Ability to navigate ambiguous environments, clarifying project requirements, constraints, and opportunities.
Strong attention to detail and efficiency in fast-paced settings.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with some experience in Excel preferred.
