You'll work closely with Account Executives to take the clients they close and provide exceptional service throughout their journey with Cameo. From onboarding through to renewal, you'll be responsible for managing accounts end-to-end, ensuring a seamless and highly impactful experience.Your focus will be on upselling, cross-selling, and driving account renewals, as well as supporting clients through strategic initiatives such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). You'll also play a hands-on role in helping clients optimize their celebrity-driven campaigns, providing insights and collaborating on content strategies to achieve the best results. Additionally, you will partner with the product marketing team to align campaign goals with Cameo's latest offerings, ensuring clients are always informed and empowered to succeed.This is an in-office role at our Cameo HQ in the vibrant West Loop of Chicago, where you'll be working closely with a talented team in a collaborative environment. If you're excited about building lasting relationships and making a measurable impact on client success, this is the perfect role for you.What you'll be doing:Client Onboarding & Relationship Building: After a successful sale by the Account Executive team, you'll take the lead in onboarding new clients, ensuring they have a seamless transition and a strong start. You'll build and nurture long-term relationships by providing ongoing support and guidance.Account Growth: Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities by identifying new ways to add value to clients' campaigns. You'll work proactively to recommend additional products, services, or features that will enhance their experience and help achieve their goals.Account Renewals: Manage the renewal process for existing clients, ensuring high client retention rates by providing exceptional service, understanding their evolving needs, and addressing any concerns to keep the relationship strong.Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Conduct QBRs with clients to review campaign performance, analyze results, and identify new opportunities for growth. You'll present data-driven insights and recommend strategies to optimize future campaigns.Campaign Management & Support: Take an active role in the execution and optimization of client campaigns, collaborating with clients to refine content strategies, manage logistics, and ensure campaigns are on track. Provide hands-on assistance with celebrity-driven initiatives, ensuring clients get the most value from Cameo's offerings.Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams: Work closely with the Account Executive and Product Marketing teams to ensure smooth handoffs, aligned messaging, and that clients are aware of the latest Cameo products and features that can enhance their campaigns.Client Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues, troubleshooting challenges, and ensuring they receive the best possible service throughout their partnership with Cameo.Reporting & Analytics: Track campaign performance, gather insights, and create reports to share with clients, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement. Use these insights to inform strategic decisions and future campaigns.Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Cameo's products, industry trends, and client needs to continuously improve your approach and deliver exceptional value to your clients.What you bring to the table:Proven Account Management Experience: You have 2 years of experience managing client accounts, ideally in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. You're comfortable handling a portfolio of clients and are skilled at building and nurturing long-term relationships.Sales and Upselling Expertise: You know how to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth, while still putting the client's best interests first. You are comfortable working with clients to expand the scope of their campaigns and bring them additional value.Strong Communication Skills: Whether it's conducting QBRs, presenting campaign performance data, or handling client inquiries, you excel at clear, concise, and compelling communication. You build trust with clients by listening, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.Client-Centric Mindset: You are passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience. You take pride in ensuring clients get the most value from their campaigns and are always striving to exceed their expectations.Project Management & Organizational Skills: You can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, keeping everything organized, on track, and within scope. You have a keen attention to detail and are proactive in addressing issues before they arise.Problem Solving & Adaptability: Challenges are a part of the job, and you approach them with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude. You can quickly adapt to changing client needs and market conditions, and find creative ways to keep campaigns moving forward.Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other project management tools to track client progress and manage workflows.
