Farm Credit of Southern Colorado (FCSC) is seeking a Business Analysis Manager to join our team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, data governance and IT teams, and ensuring that technology solutions are aligned with business needs and objectives. They will lead reporting, data transformations, and system data migration and flow.
This position is full time, working approximately 40 hours a week, and is benefits eligible.

Responsibilities:
Business Analysis
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment of solutions with business goalsParticipate in the design and testing of applications to ensure requirements are metFacilitate communication and knowledge transfer between IT development teams and business usersSupport change management efforts by developing and delivering training materialsAnalyze and prioritize requirements based on business value and impactCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document requirementsServe as a Financial Reporting SME for data governance committeeAssist with maintaining high level of confidence in the association data by interacting with various departments or employees to improve data security, reliability, and access.Financial Reporting Transformation
Lead or assist with projects that arise quickly or are part of the strategic planning of the association.Design and create reports in new systems facilitate the migration of our technology platforms.Assist with reconciliation of systems to ensure accurate and complete dataflows.Provides expertise on synchronization of systems to maximize process flow and reduce errors.Coordinate and participate in testing and user acceptance for new systems or software.Provides insight on technological expertise and instruction for resolution processes.Financial Reporting and Accounting Support
Initiates methodologies to improve processes and procedures for coordination of systems.Improve reconciliation, reporting and data access for risk and finance teams.Work with the Business Intelligence Manager to facilitate data transformation to usable reports to benefit financial and management reporting.Processes and Procedures
Observes and follows association processes and procedures in association activities to comply and promote Best Practices.Develops and presents training on new initiatives or technical practices utilized.Minimum Qualifying Characteristics:
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as computer science, information technology, finance, accounting or business administration10 years of financial reporting and 5 years of finance process transformationExpert knowledge and practice of Farm Credit Association regulations, financial reporting and guidelinesWorking knowledge of core banking systemsGeneral knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements and industry standards related to bankingWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, ETL processes, data visualization, report creation, and business intelligence software'sProficiency in multiple financial information systemsSkill in compiling and analyzing data to draw logical conclusionsSkill in learning and applying standard processes and proceduresSkill in entering data quickly and accuratelySkill in learning new technologies and capabilitiesSkill in prioritizing assignments to complete work in a timely mannerSkill in interacting and working effectively with othersSkill in creating and sustaining positive working relationships with co-workersSkill in oral and written communication, sufficient to exchange information effectively with peers, supervisor and customers

Salary Range: $110,000 to $155,000.
This range is a good-faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of this posting. Actual salaries could vary and may be above or below the range as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2. Variation is based on various factors including but not limited to location, qualifications, experience, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, a potential new employee's salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. In addition, benefits for this position include medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401k, tax advantage accounts, paid vacation, sick leave and parental leave.
