Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, monitor, and manage projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring adherence to formal processes and tools.Utilize resources efficiently and manage project elements including budgets, risks, and changes.Ensure projects meet business requirements and satisfy internal or external stakeholders.Meet project obligations concerning specifications, quality, costs, and timeframes.Develop and maintain effective relationships to meet project deadlines and ensure successful project delivery.Apply project management methodology to systems integration or product development enhancements.Qualifications

Degree qualified in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.At least 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the FinTech industry.Certification and proficiency in desktop project management tools, including Excel, and project management administration tools such as Gantt charts.Come as You Are

The base pay range for this role is $99,600 - $166,100. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
