Senior Sales Executive - Marketplace Technology

Nasdaq's Marketplace Technology business is seeking a Sales Executive to join our team focused on selling trading and surveillance technology solutions in North America.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of capital markets technology and experience in technology sales as well as account management.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the North American market.Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to build tailored proposals.Quarterback deals by managing the sales process from initial contact through cost estimation and contract execution.Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.Maintain strong product knowledge and awareness of competitive offerings.Expand and cross sell into key strategic accounts. This role requires continuous business development including management of account relations after the sale.Take ownership of problem resolution if customer issues cannot be solved through normal channels.Navigate and manage multi-faceted technology contracts.Requirements:
5-10 years of experience in technology sales.Understanding of capital markets technology, particularly trading and surveillance solutions.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to drive deals forward.Experience with technology contract negotiations.This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career in financial technology sales while contributing to the expansion of our Fintech division's market presence in North America.

The base pay range for this role is $110,000 - $183,600. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
