Your Role:

The Maintenance Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of a waste management facility. This position involves coordinating and overseeing maintenance activities to support the functionality and reliability of equipment and vehicles. Key responsibilities include:

Coordinate maintenance schedules and track work ordersAssist with inventory management for maintenance supplies and equipmentCommunicate with technicians and management to prioritize maintenance tasksMaintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and reportingSupport the overall efficiency of the maintenance departmentQualifications

What We're Looking For:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detailPrevious experience in a maintenance or administrative role, preferably within the waste management or logistics industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in computer software and maintenance management systemsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamShifts may vary, 40+ hours per week (overtime available)
