nowledge of Information Technology procurements, agreements and contractual terms. The Senior Contracts Specialist will communicate deadlines, redline agreements and negotiate with suppliers.

ResponsibilitiesContract Administration:

involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of agreements, including closeout, negotiation, correspondence, documentation, certification, and reporting. This also includes managing various communication channels, such as IT SharePoint repository, to ensure efficient information flow.Contract Negotiation and Preparation:

requires leading the negotiation of complex agreement terms from the proposal stage to close-out, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations. Additionally, it involves participating in the preparation of agreements and amendments, ensuring all documents meet required specifications and standards.Reporting and Special Projects:

encompasses preparing, delivering, and presenting spreadsheets with formulas and data analysis. It also includes generating and ensuring the timely processing of department reports and contract activity deliverables. Furthermore, this category involves engaging in special projects as required, contributing to the continuous improvement and efficiency of contract management processes such as templates creation.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years' experience or equivalent experience.Deep knowledge of IT contract law, procurement regulations, and industry standards.Prior IT contracts and procurement experience.Familiarity with contract terms, especially data security, SaaS/Cloud, Support and Maintenance, and SLAs.Strong analytical skills for complex agreements and compliance.Excellent written and verbal communication.Proven negotiation skills for complex agreements.High attention to detail in contract preparation and review.Effective time management for multiple tasks and deadlines.Strong problem-solving for contractual issues.Flexibility for special projects and adapting to organizational needs.Benefits

The expected salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional incentive compensation including regular merit increases and the corporate bonus program.
