As a
Human Resources Generalist , you’ll help create the magic behind the scenes as a part of our Corporate Human Resources division. We are looking for an organized professional with strong communication and time management skills who will oversee the hiring and onboarding process of new and returning employees. In this role, you will partner closely with the operations team to ensure that every candidate has a positive and seamless onboarding experience.
Our HR Generalist will also:
Manage and assist with the hiring and onboarding process by preparing offer letters, engaging in Tentative Nonconfirmation (TNC) process within E-Verify, and administer pre-adverse actionPerform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and tending to HR tickets/emailsRespond to employment verification requests and prepare supporting documentation when applicableAssist in the development and delivery of HR projects and initiatives, including policy development, employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and process improvementsResponsible for submitting timely terminations and managing offboarding processStay current with employment laws and regulations, proactively identify potential compliance issues, and work with management to implement appropriate policies and proceduresAssist in maintaining all employee files, including processing various forms related to documenting human resources activities such as change-of-status, performance evaluations, terminations, etc. as well as periodic audits of these filesMaintain strict confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive informationOther duties as assignedWhat We’re Looking For
Positive attitude and strong work ethicTeam player who can work independentlyAbility to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneouslyBasic understanding of HR compliance and state/federal ruleFlexibility and willingness to work during “peak” business hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidaysKnowledge, Experience & Skill
