POSITION DETAILSDepartment: Pain Medicine Location: US:PA:Lewisburg Typical Work Schedule: Days (6am-4pm) Primary Shift: Shift 1 Work Type: 1.0 FTE (full-time, 80 hours biweekly) Exempt: NoSUMMARYCoordinates Pain program with the goal of promoting excellent patient care and improved clinical outcomes for individuals seeking better health through procedural and non-procedural management of pain. The Pain Medicine RN is accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and recording the care provided for the Pain Medicine patient.QUALIFICATIONS1. Requires an RN licensed or eligible in Pennsylvania; out of state transfer must acuqire a PA license within one year of hire. Previous Medical/Surgical/Pain Management Nursing experience preferred. 2. Requires BLS, ACLS and Conscious Sedation Certification at time of hire or within 30 days of hire for BLS and within 6 months of hire for ACLS and Conscious Sedation. 3. Driving a company vehicle (or personal vehicle, as required) is a requirement of the position, and as a condition of employment this position requires the job holder to have and maintain a satisfactory driving record. a. Valid PA driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance coverage required. b. Driving records are obtained prior to new hire starting and are checked intermittently as needed but not less than every three years.4.
