Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
who can join our highly functioning team. Expect to work closely with the finance and accounting team, operations, the leadership of the division, and other leaders and decision makers. The financial planning input you provide will allow the organization to have the resources, planning and execution necessary to delivered sustainable and profitable growth for years to come.This position is Hybrid and within commutable distance to either our facility in Andover, MA or Rochester, NY.You Will Make an Impact By:Contribute to the analytical process to drive impactful business decisions based on key performance indicatorsPartner with cross-functional business teams at various sites to manage functional spending reviews and profit and cash recovery initiativesAdvise management on key financial drivers including, but not limited to bookings, revenue, operational drivers, expense management, operational headcount efficiency metrics, and profit and cash recovery opportunities.Help to implement pacing mechanisms with functional leaders for revenues, margins, inventory, capital expenditures and headcounts within a mixed system landscapeKey involvement in the plan of record (POR) and forecasting processProvide business intelligence on business unit performance, opportunities and challengesContribute to deep dives and complex analysis to understand variances to budget, prior quarters and prior years (bridges)Drive continuous improvement and standardization of reportingPerform or lead special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as requiredEstablish credibility and act as a trusted business partner for functional leadSkills you bring:Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA and/or CPA a plus.5+ years of relevant experience in a finance role with hands-on experience in providing financial analysis to drive key business decisions within the context of a matrix organization and/or corporate environmentSystems experience, including, but not limited to: SAP/Oracle, Hyperion, HFM, MS Excel. Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) a plusAbility to work effectively with global and remote teamExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interpret and summarize financial analysis results in a clear, concise, accurate mannerAbility to develop high levels of credibility and forge solid and positive professional relationships with peers, and upper managementPrevious experience developing and implementing reporting processes preferredSelf-motivated; bias for actionDesire to formulate and drive process improvements, with confidence to challenge the status quoAbility to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlinesHigh level of flexibility and strong work ethic with the goal to get the job doneDemonstrates and drives the MKS guiding principlesThis position is Hybrid and within commutable distance to either our facility in Andover, MA or Rochester, NY.We are interested in a qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
