Monday to Friday; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree OR 8+ years of IT experience in a manufacturing environment General Requirements
Strong technical expertise in IT client hardware, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and the ability to interpret technical manuals and procedural documentation Proficient in analyzing complex issues and delivering effective solutions Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and software distribution systems (e.g., MSSCCM) Skilled in prioritizing and executing tasks efficiently in high-pressure environments, with a strong customer service orientation Collaborative team player who thrives in diverse environments and can serve as a trusted business advisor and resource for colleagues Sound understanding of local, regional, and global business needs, with the capability to translate them into IT solutions Experienced in gathering customer requirements across various IT domains, even outside of specific technical expertise Essential Functions
Provide Tier 2 support for facility computer systems, computers, and peripherals Install, diagnose, maintain, and upgrade/replace hardware to ensure optimal performance Represent the central IT organization at regional locations and act as a customer advocate within IT #PS
