We are seeking an experienced and strategic Enterprise Architect to define, maintain, and optimize the organization's overall IT architecture. The Enterprise Architect will work closely with business leaders and IT teams to align technology strategies with business goals, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of enterprise systems, emerging technologies, and a proven ability to deliver high-impact architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Architecture Development

Design and implement an enterprise architecture framework that aligns IT strategy with business objectives.Develop and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices.Ensure that architecture decisions support scalability, reliability, and security.

Technology Strategy and Roadmap

Define and communicate a strategic roadmap for enterprise systems and infrastructure.Assess emerging technologies and recommend adoption based on business needs and value.Align IT investments with organizational goals to maximize ROI.

Solution Design and Review

Lead the design of enterprise-wide systems, applications, and integrations.Review and approve solution architectures to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.Provide technical guidance to development teams during project execution.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.Collaborate with IT leaders, project managers, and vendors to deliver aligned solutions.Facilitate communication between business units and IT to ensure shared understanding.

Governance and Compliance

Establish governance processes for technology adoption and architectural changes.Ensure all systems and solutions comply with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.Conduct regular audits and reviews of IT systems to maintain architectural integrity.

Risk Management and Optimization

Identify and mitigate architectural risks, including technology obsolescence and integration challenges.Optimize IT resources, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Lead efforts to modernize legacy systems and migrate to cloud or hybrid environments.

Documentation and Communication

Create and maintain detailed architecture diagrams, models, and documentation.Present architectural plans and updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership.Develop training materials and conduct workshops for IT staff on architectural best practices.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.7+ years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 3 years in enterprise architecture roles.Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level solutions in complex environments.

Technical Skills

Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid environments.Strong knowledge of integration patterns, microservices architecture, and API management.Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.Leadership capabilities to drive alignment across diverse teams and departments.

Preferred

Certification in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF Certified).Experience with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD.Knowledge of data governance and analytics platforms.
