The Recruiter will drive a sustainable recruitment and retention process by identifying staffing needs, full cycle recruiting, and maintaining a steady and strong pipeline of candidates for a variety of present and future job openings.
Responsibilities
Develop creative and effective recruitment strategiesAble to handle phone screens in high volumeCollaborate with hiring managers to develop job specifications, write job descriptions, and identify staffing needsProactively source for candidates to fill current and upcoming staffing needs through outreach on job boards, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment resourcesScreen resumes and interview qualified candidates and coordinate second round interviews with respective hiring managersAccurately communicate responsibilities and other details on internal positions to candidatesExtend employment offers and lead negotiation processesCoordinate onboarding for new hiresManage candidates' information and status in applicant tracking systemCommunicate with external parties for recruitment purposed such as staffing agencies, local colleges, networking organizationsContinuous process improvementOther responsibilities as needed
