Role description:

Profitably grow the Semiconductor practice unit presence in line with the ARCADIS Semiconductor strategy and financial targets, and a focus on existing and new client engagement and growth. Revenue scale - 1yr: $121 million net revenue, 3yrs: $200 million net revenue.

This role has a Global scope/location, the position can be filled in any location where Arcadis GBA countries.

Role accountabilities:

Lead Semiconductor Business Development:

Translate market trends (within and across the BU) into client actions.Engage and learn from key customers to guide our strategy.Build strategic engagements with the semiconductor ecosystem and partners.Build and prioritizing strategies across the semiconductor value chain - design, fabrication, process control, packaging, and test.Promote customer/partner successes by amplifying through marketing and collateral.Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with key clients, the community, and organizations to enhance future business development opportunities.Provide customer/partner feedback to internal collaborators (product, engineering, sales, marketing, executives).Represent Arcadis at high-profile industry events and communities.Manage sales pipeline, priority setting, and reporting in alignment with global reporting standards.Lead BU sales globally to profitably, growing client book.Lead Global AccountEnsure development and implementation of sales & account growth strategies for BU.Stress-test BU growth plans when all put together from a global perspective (reactive).Expand market size, as measured by pipeline.Develop high-performance teams through coaching and mentoring.Ensure regular client feedback is shared with project staff.Coordinates meetings between potential clients and individual internal specialists.Develop sales excellence:

Develop Intelligence offerings to key sector clients.Implement business development excellence processes and approaches including account plan reviews, performance assessment, and utilizing harmonized processes developed by the global growth team.Share best practices in business development and account management with the wider global business development community to allow others to learn and benefit.Improve to balance the cost of sales with results.Act as a role model:

Fully support global key accounts within the BU and prioritize resourcing of current and potential key accounts.Stimulate cross-selling with other BA's through all appropriate sectors and account teams.Key Shared Accountabilities:

Together with the BU Director and the BA Directors to determine and deliver the growth strategy globally and Major Project execution.Coordinate with other Business Directors to capture opportunities, to develop and implement integrated global propositions, and for country-specific Go-to-Market approach.Developing/expanding a network of relationships across the client's global organization, locations, and geographies, to create inspired partnerships and exceptional experiences, and establish Arcadis as a trusted partner to enable Arcadis to have maximum impact.Qualifications & Experience:

The candidate should have a bachelor's or master's degree and at least 20+ years of experience in the market to opportunity, pursuit to win, and account and client management within a multinational engineering or professional services firm.The candidate should have a solid global market understanding of the semiconductor industry.The candidate should demonstrate a proven track record of developing and implementing sales strategies to profitably grow client accounts.The candidate will be able to demonstrate significant leadership capability and the ability to inspire multi-disciplinary teams around a common purpose.Further required competencies and experiences:

Demonstrated experience as a senior sales leader with a strong presence in the semiconductor market globally.Ambitious mindset and a strong drive to grow the business and meet targets.Entrepreneurial attitude and strategic focus with strong commercial drive and decisiveness.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $126,750- $194,350 Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
