Salary Information:
$2,000.00 New Hire Sign on Bonus, $1,000.00 paid at 120 days, $1000.00 paid at 365 days. No contract or length of terms
starting pay $33.45 per hour with the first increase in 180 days to $35.07, previous mental health experience could qualify for moreAdditional $1.50 per hour shift differential for 2 nd and 3 rd shiftsAdditional Shift Supplements available per hour for hours worked 2:30 pm - 7:00 amAdditional hourly retention supplements available for education and certifications up to 5% and service retention supplement with COBH up to 5%Annual increases each year with an additional longevity supplement available after 5 years of serviceThe potential for annual Cost of Living Adjustments is based on contractual agreements and are not guaranteed.
Afternoon and evening full time shifts available, some part time opportunities as well. Weekend rotation is mandatory for all shifts!

The Job Opportunity and Duties:
What you will do:
Serve in a fundamental role as an interdisciplinary treatment team member for psychiatric patients creating and executing treatment plansObserve, evaluate, and record patient behavior, condition, & response to medicationAs charge nurse, initiate and direct psychiatric and nursing care for patients and provide support for nursing staff while promoting a positive and safe environment for recoveryContributes vital input on records, plans, and reportsFacilitate patient group activitiesWhat's in it for you:
