Job Description
JOB LOCATION:
The preferred location for this position is within our Southwest region.
A high-energy professional who works closely with our customers, building contractors, logistics teams and installation partners to ensure the planning, delivery and installation of cabinetry and equipment exceeds our customers' expectations. Responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and verifying the delivery and installation of various products for construction projects in assigned territory.
ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES:Plans complex equipment deliveries and/or installations to health systems, clinics, physician practices and animal health facilitiesServes as project manager on commercial construction projects to integrate our products into human and animal health care facilitiesCoordinates, coaches and leads all personnel associated with equipment delivery, setup, installation and testObserves and coaches regional teams to deliver and setup equipmentServes as the on-site project coordinator for all large, complex deliveries and installationsWorks effectively among customer departments including biomedical engineering, facilities management, purchasing, clinical and project managementWorks effectively with sales, customer service and logistics to ensure on-time, high-quality equipment deliveries and installationsSECONDARY DUTIES:
Investigates and resolves service, product and process quality issuesSupports customer satisfaction measurementDocuments delivery and setup quality checklistsLiaises with internal project design team and customer facilities personnelCommunicates product specifications to customerPrepares reports of service transactions and keeps expense accountsEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience in commercial construction, field service, technical service, facilities or logistics, preferably in a clinical setting - hospital, medical clinic, veterinary or animal boarding.

Supervise logistics partners, assembly technicians and delivery personnelCoordinate and lead installation subcontractorsCoach assembly technicians, service technicians and clinical personnel
A compensation range of $91,000 - $128,000 is the reasonable estimate we might pay for this particular job based on the circumstances at the time of posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
