JOB SUMMARY:

Customer Master Data Specialists will be responsible for managing Midmark's customer accounts to ensure the accuracy and quality of customer master data, as well as maintaining appropriate customer documentation. The position will maintain data accuracy and cleanliness by performing data integrity checks and cleansing, training, supporting stakeholders, research, and resolving data issues. Role will require frequent communication with stakeholder personnel including: Customer Experience, Marketing, Sales, Corporate Accounts and Credit Department.

ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES:Subject matter expert for customer master dataCreate and modify customer master data to data standardsResearch, append, and remove duplicate customer recordsConduct master data audits on existing and newly set up customersCollaborate with Product Owner and business areas to improve master data processes and requirementsWriting documentation as needed for customer master training, policies, standards, controls and procedures and train accordinglyLeverage required computer systems to maintain quality customer dataEnsure customer's product ownership records are maintainedSECONDARY DUTIES:

Participate in projects related to and reliant on customer master dataAnalyze and report key performance indicator results for customer data, enhancement queue, benchmark results and identify improvement opportunitiesEstablish rapport with stakeholders of customer data as well as Midmark customersParticipate in visits to customer or Midmark site locations.Other responsibilities as determined by supervisorEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Associate's degree in business related field and 1+ years' experience in customer service or business environment preferred.COMPETENCY/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
