Position Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will lead analysis and documentation of business processes, gathering and communicating requirements and implementing software solutions using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners and stakeholders, you will play a key role in driving successful project delivery and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, exciting technical development environment, is detailed-oriented, possesses excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, and has a strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall principles and practices.

ResponsibilitiesFacilitate project requirement discovery sessions, workshops, and meetings with cross-functional teams.Create wireframes and process flow diagrams to visualize, analyze and document business processes, requirements, use cases and user stories.Communicate requirements to stakeholders and team members.Work together with developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.Ensure project objectives are met by creating requirement traceability with comprehensive test case scenarios.Work together with quality assurance to complete testing, resolve defects, and support the business in user acceptance testing execution and sign-off.Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver project requirements from ideation to testing, demo, and post release support.Collaborate with the product owner and development team to prioritize and manage the product backlog.Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Proactively identify and communicate project risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders.Ensure adherence to best practices and standards.Position Qualifications

BA/BS Degree5+ years' proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in an Agile environment.Solid knowledge and understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Experienced working with Agile project management tools, Azure DevOps preferred.Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.Experience with creating wireframes and workflows.Effective communication and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams that are geographically dispersed.Detail-oriented, self-driven, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyProfessional certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Agile Business Analyst (CABA) are a plus.Physical Demands and Work Environment

Position requires working at a desk at the corporate office for periods of time up to eight hours.Hybrid position, Mon - Thu in office, Friday optional remote
