Benefits and Pay:

Hourly Pay: $25

This is an onsite position that is eligible for a 2 bed room apartment.

Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary.

This position Eligible for Move in and recertifications commissions

This position is eligible for a $50 cell phone allowance

Position OverviewAs a

Property Manager

at Rainey, you will take charge of day-to-day operations for a multifamily property, ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role requires leadership, financial acumen, and a commitment to excellent customer service. You will lead and mentor your team, oversee leasing and maintenance, and play a key role in community relations, resident services, and compliance.

What You'll Do to Make a Difference

Lead, motivate, and mentor your team through recognition programs, training, and team-building initiativesEnsure compliance with Affordable Housing Program regulations and local, state, and federal requirementsOversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, resident relations, marketing, maintenance, and vendor managementDevelop and administer community budgets, ensuring financial performance and effective resource managementImplement strategic decisions based on market data to enhance property performanceConduct regular property inspections and move-out assessments, ensuring quality standards are metEnsure resident satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and fostering positive relationshipsRecruit, hire, onboard, and provide feedback to associates, ensuring your team is aligned with company goals and valuesConduct weekly meetings with leasing and maintenance staff to drive performancePartner with regional and on-site teams to resolve issues, implement marketing strategies, and improve property performanceQualifications

3-5 years of experience in multifamily property management, with a focus on affordable housingProven ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams to achieve goalsStrong proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Working knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, OSHA requirements, EEOC regulations, and city/state ordinancesAdvanced financial skills, with experience in analyzing and explaining financial reportsExcellent communication skills, with a customer-focused mindsetStrong time management and multitasking abilitiesA proven track record of success in resident relations and customer service
