Benefits and Pay:
Hourly pay range: $22-$25
Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary.

As an Assistant Property Manager, you'll be an integral part of our team, supporting the efficient operation and maintenance of our properties. Reports to:
Property Manager
Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, conducting property inspections and ensuring units are rent-ready.• Completes move-out inspections and process per policies and/or program requirements.• Assist with financial management tasks, including rent collection, invoice processing, and budget preparation.• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to schedule and oversee maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues.• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests, striving to deliver exceptional customer service.• Physically walks and inspects property as required by city and or affordable program regulations and/or requirement.• Assist manager in all core business processes, including leasing, resident relations, marketing, maintenance, adhering to city and/or affordable program requirements, budgeting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor relations.• Ensure compliance with all Affordable Programs.• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Experience:
Knowledge and 1 to 2 years of experience in multi-family property management.Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft office.
