Position Summary
The Inventory Control Lead supervises inventory coordinators with daily, weekly, and monthly processes of validating, maintaining, and updating MEC inventory for finished products and raw materials at remote plants and warehouses.
Essential Job Functions:
Organize, prioritize, and control job responsibilities in order to meet operational deadlines.Apply knowledge and demonstrates understanding of inventory concepts as it relates to FIFO.Ability to gain understanding of SAP Inventory Module to the Monster Energy Company system.Prepares reconciliation of physical inventories and update inventory balances for each facility to the SAP inventory balance monthly and quarterly.Recognize discrepancies in reports and research the source of the error and plan a solution.Work directly with facility contacts to resolve any cut-off issues, production reporting delays, and count adjustments, etc.Attends and audits physical inventory processes of MEC facilities at the discretion of managementDevelops and maintains strong relationships with production facility/warehouse contacts.Communicate effectively with MEC Operation team and other departmentsPerforms other inventory related duties as required.Position Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalentPrevious inventory related experienceAssertive and self motivatedSkill in accurate data entryDemonstrated skill working in a fast-paced environmentExcellent ability to multitask and meet deadlinesProficient skill and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Applications, Outlook EmailExcellent written and oral communication skillsPreferred Qualifications
Demonstrated experience with SAP Material Management ModuleKnowledge of and experience with basic accountingDemonstrated ability to read and comprehend activity reportsAbility to gain understanding of SAP & ERP system.Supervisory experience
BASE PAY RANGE: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
