Your new team
As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring, and retaining talented candidates. This includes managing the Americas Talent Acquisition team with a footprint in Canada, USA and LATAM, building a strong Employer Brand, and leading Diversity in Hiring efforts. Your role involves overseeing the full cycle recruiting process, including high volume sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. You'll innovate with new approaches to candidate sourcing and leverage technology to streamline processes. Building strong relationships across the business to champion the Talent Acquisition function is essential.
You'll represent the recruitment function on strategic projects and develop metrics to track and improve recruitment effectiveness. Leading employer branding and social media strategy efforts in partnership with Marketing is also key. Staying informed of recruiting trends and maintaining a positive candidate experience is crucial. Additionally, you'll drive the teams to build a pipeline of potential candidates through proactive market research, recommend recruitment improvements, and support local company initiatives. Continuing to develop your own recruitment skills and supporting Hays values and high-performance standards is important.
Your new role:Recruitment and Team Management:
Find, recruit, hire, and retain talented candidates while managing the Talent Acquisition team.Employer Branding and Diversity:
Build a strong Employer Brand, lead Diversity in Hiring efforts, and support Americas DE&I Talent Acquisition initiatives.Onboarding and Full Cycle Recruiting:
Develop and maintain the Integrated Onboarding Program, and manage the full cycle recruiting process, including high volume sourcing, screening, and interviewing.Innovation and Process Optimization:
Innovate and experiment with new candidate sourcing approaches, optimize and automate recruiting and hiring processes using existing technology, and develop and share recruitment metrics to track effectiveness and drive improvements.Candidate Experience and Market Research:
Create a positive candidate experience, build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through proactive market research, and recommend ideas, strategies, and process improvements related to recruitment.Strategic Contributions and Personal Development:
Grow internal recruitment placements and generate referrals, contribute to local company initiatives and strategic priorities, continue personal development in recruitment skills and knowledge, and support Hays values, vision, standards, and expectations for high performance.What you will have:
At least 5 years of experience as a Recruiting Lead/Manager, TA Director, or similar role.Experience with ATS, Sourcing, and Recruitment Marketing tools.Proven track record in candidate generation, control, and placement.Ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships.Willingness to prospect for new contacts over the phone and in person.Self-confident, motivated, goal-oriented, persistent, and a skilled negotiator.Solid organizational and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented.High level of initiative, works well in a team environment.Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well, tolerant of ambiguity and embraces flexibility.Organized, plans, and carries out responsibilities with minimal prompting/support.What you will get

We offer base compensation range of between $105k-$120k plus eligibility for bonus based upons MBOHybrid/flexible schedule.PTO starting at 27 days, 2 floating holidays and 2 volunteer days. Our leaders have the opportunity to
