The Inbound Logistics Clerk is responsible for a variety of administrative duties regarding data entry and verification. This includes reviewing invoices for accuracy, entering shipping and financial data into the PO management system, tracking inbound containers, and recording milestones. Other administrative duties may be assigned. Prior logistics experience is not necessary, but an eagerness to learn international shipping and company-specific procedures is essential.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACTProcess commercial shipping documents, including vendor invoicesReview, approve, and forward ocean and trucking invoicesReview and approve per diem and demurrage invoicesReview customs brokerage invoices for accuracy and log associated costsMonitor container availability at port and rail terminalsBackup team members when necessaryOther duties as assigned.

Compensation Range: $45,000 - $50,000 per year, consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position. ACR reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
