The work we do will give them the best chance to maximize their profit with quality improvements completed by project management professionals with remodeling expertise and local market knowledge.As a Director of Partnerships

You will build relationships with senior management at real estate brokerages and cultivate repeat-business with them for their presale renovation needs in your assigned territory. The Director of Partnerships will maintain these relationships and continuously identify opportunities for their agent partners to work with Freemodel.This position reports to the Head of Sales and will be a key driver of growing our early-stage startup by sharing the value these brokerages can bring to their homeowner clients by partnering with Freemodel.Responsibilities:Identify and build partnerships with senior brokerage leaders and top agent teams (together “brokerage partners”) through proactive prospecting, networking, industry events and trade showsConduct large group sales presentations to agents on Freemodel’s serviceNegotiate and execute contracts with senior brokerage leaders for joint promotion of the Freemodel serviceServe as the primary point of contact between brokerages and FreemodelBe an ambassador for Freemodel’s local project management prosMonitor the progress of projects being worked on by Freemodel to ensure partner satisfactionPrepare project progress updates for brokerage partners on the projects Freemodel is performing for agents and homeowner clientsPartner with the Freemodel inside sales team to hand off new project leadsCollaborate with Freemodel staff in sales, marketing, product, and operations tasksRequirementsWhat you will bring:The ideal candidate has a hunter mindset and a proven track record of delivering revenue growth through partnerships. You should be very comfortable with a portion of your week dedicated to outbound sales calls to current and potential brokerage partners. Knowledge of residential real estate brokerage and residential renovation is a huge plus!Proven track record of delivering revenue growth through unlocking partnerships, with an emphasis on early-stage channel developmentStrong prospecting, presentation, and closing skillsStrong interpersonal skills and relationship-building skillsExperience managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closingProven ability to thrive in a startup environment that is constantly changing with competing prioritiesAbility to manage sales process through utilization of CRMRequired skills:3 years-experience in developing partnerships, cultivating relationships and managing contracts with senior leadershipProven sales hunter and closer with the ability to own the sales cycle - from lead generation to closeProficient and effective at giving large group client presentationsExcellent ability to multitaskStrong interpersonal skillsPolished, client-oriented communication including exceptional written and verbal communication skillsBe able to work independently & as part of a team in a fast pace environmentDeep problem solving skills and a creative mindsetProficient in Google Workspace and CRM softwarePreferredExperience with residential real estate and home renovation services is a plusCandidates within commutable distance to the locations in the job posting as this role requires frequent local travel to brokerages and eventsBenefitsWe offer a comprehensive benefits package to full time employees including:

CompensationThe US total compensation range for this full-time position is $100,000 base plus variable compensation, up to $140k OTE. Our ranges are determined by role and level, with the range displayed on each job posting reflecting the approximate total target compensation for the position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training.Inclusion
