Medalogix is poised for tremendous growth, as skilled home health and hospice care are positioned as the lowest cost providers in an industry shifting to value-based care.POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the post-acute care market. You will play a critical role in generating leads, nurturing prospects, and creating meaningful relationships with potential clients.Your ability to understand client needs and effectively communicate the value of our solutions will be vital in driving growth and supporting our mission to enhance patient care through data analytics.The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving healthcare outcomes.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESConduct market research to identify potential clients and the key decision-makers within those organizations.Leverage various outreach methods, including cold calls, emails, and social media engagement, to generate leads and schedule meetings.Develop a strong understanding of Medalogix's products and services to effectively pitch potential clients and respond to inquiries.Qualify leads and assess their needs to ensure alignment with our solutions.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies for reaching prospective clients effectively.Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and clients in the CRM system.Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows as necessary to promote brand awareness.RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in healthcare or technology.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with potential clients.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.Demonstrated ability to effectively work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.PREFERRED SKILLSExperience in the post-acute care or healthcare technology industry.BenefitsMedalogix provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
