Our client, a small but well-established public accounting firm in Arlington, TX, seeks a **Tax Senior** to join their experienced team. With a strong focus on nonprofit clients, particularly faith-based organizations, the firm provides a collaborative environment with ample career growth opportunities. This position offers a base salary of $ 70K-$80K annually, with additional compensation for overtime and bonuses.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Prepare various tax returns (1040, 1120, 1065, 990 series) with a primary focus on individual tax preparation.Clean up financial data, ensuring accuracy for tax and compliance purposes.Consult directly with clients to address tax and accounting needs.Manage client deadlines and compliance requirements using UltraTax, QuickBooks, and other software.
**Qualifications:**
The ideal candidate has a strong background in tax and accounting, proficiency in accounting software, and a willingness to work with nonprofit and faith-based clients. A CPA designation is a plus but not required.
