Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to assist our Customer Service team in Lenoir City, TN (37771). This is a 60-day contract position, with the possibility of extension. The role involves preparing special reports, organizing files, and providing general administrative support to various departments. Position Type: Contract (60 Days, with potential for extension)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $15 per hour
Major Job Responsibilities:
Execute special assignments and projects with precision and efficiency.
Utilize standard office equipment (including personal computers) to complete assigned tasks.
Manage, organize, and maintain files, including typing labels, assembling folders, and ensuring file cabinets remain orderly.
Provide additional office and operational administrative support as required.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel to assist with various reporting and analysis tasks.
Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
