OnPoint Impact is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner to join our client’s expanding organization, a mission-based mental health treatment provider endeavoring to positively impact the lives of teenagers and families. This is a ground floor opportunity with a growing employer. In this vital role, you will contribute to the mission by fostering a supportive work environment and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. You will focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, employee development, employee retention, front office administration supervision, HR system administration, and ensuring compliance and appropriate confidentiality across all HR functions. Location: Onsite Reporting in North Scottsdale; occasional site visits throughout the Phoenix Metro area with one day per week remote. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent dedicated to supporting families facing teen mental health and addiction challenges. Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and streamline the hiring process. Onboarding: Own the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization. Develop orientation materials and facilitate training sessions to acclimate new employees. Employee Development & Retention: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance skills related to mental health and addiction support. Support career progression and performance management initiatives to boost employee engagement and retention. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. Ensure employees are well-informed about their options and assist with enrollment and inquiries. Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, addressing workplace concerns and promoting a positive, inclusive culture. Conduct investigations and resolve employee issues promptly. HR System Administration: Manage HR information systems, ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance. Build and optimize workflows to facilitate the smooth application of HR transactions, enhancing efficiency and compliance. Proactive Compliance: Identify and assess HR-related compliance risks, ensuring adherence to employment laws and organizational policies. Develop and implement strategies to resolve compliance issues and promote best practices across the HR function. Front Office Administration Supervision: Supervise front office administrative staff, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service. Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance and collaboration. Qualifications: 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or mental health-focused environment. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. SHRM certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) is a plus. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism. Experience with HRIS and workflow automation tools preferred.
