The ideal candidate will demonstrate hands-on experience leading a manufacturing site that is experiencing significant growth and expanding its capabilities and capacities. This is a tremendous opportunity for the individual looking to take on the transformation of an existing site and drive organizational and operational excellence.Primary Responsibilities include:Lead all aspects of plant operations: Safety, Quality, Manufacturing, and WarehouseBe a champion of safety to maintain a culture that protects the employees, equipment, and environmentCreate and drive accountability to performance metrics with the management team and on the plant floorConsistently deliver on operational KPIs and develop action plans to close any gapsExecute production plan ensuring that key resources are available on time and balanced to the needs of the businessEnsure products are manufactured on time and in full to meet customers' service targetsEnsure site meets all quality standards set by customer, certifying agencies, and internal quality management systemsIdentify and implement savings opportunities to provide year over year cost reductionsAssist in budget creation and deliver consistent results that meet or exceed budget expectationsDevelop and implement CAPEX budget that addresses automation opportunities while maintaining facilitiesBuild and develop a winning team capable of adapting to changing demands and driving excellence in everything they doEstablishing a cadence of accountability all levels of the plantLead cross functional collaboration with sales, R&D, and customers.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Processes, Operational Management or a similar fieldMin 7+ year related experienceSuccessful track record of delivering consistent OEE improvements while providing 95%+ on time, in full (OTIF) service to customerExperience with lean tools including, kaizen, 6-Sigma, Continuous Flow Operations, Autonomous and Total Productive Maintenance, Workplace Organization, People Development, Value Stream Analysis3+ year experience using SAP, SPC and WMS preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status or other protected status.
