POSITION:
Data Integrity Specialist
DEPARTMENT:
Kansas Foster Care(Leavenworth, KS)
Starting Salary:
$16.00- $18.27 (Hourly)
(Starting salary depends on education and experience)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To ensure quality services are being provided to the children and families served throughout Cornerstones of Care. The Data Integrity Specialist reports to the Administrative Manager and is responsible for administrative assistance, including maintaining client records, data entry, preparation of mailings, coordination of meetings and events, and generating reports as needed for the foster care case management team. This position is responsible for uploading documents and entering data into the electronic management systems associated with Cornerstones of Care and the Kansas Department for Children and Families (DCF). The Data Integrity Specialist must have strict standards of confidentiality, excellent communication, and customer service skills to manage a wide range of sensitive records and documents from diverse sources and stakeholders. The Data Integrity Specialist is responsible for documentation and data information and their electronic management systems that are protected by HIPPA Privacy Rules and critical to the operation of our agency under Kansas Regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office features such as Word and Excel and 2 years administrative, clerical and/or quality assurance experience. An undergraduate degree in social work or other human service field and experience working with children/families is preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical and drug screening. This position also requires a valid driver's license, proof of current vehicle insurance and reliable transportation.
